當 八 號 或 以 上 熱 帶 氣 旋 警 告 信 號 發 出 時 ， 或 黑 色 暴 雨 警 告 信 號 在 辦 公 時 間 開 始 前 發 出 ， 本 署 的 服 務 將 會 暫 停 。 倘 警 告 信 號 其 後 在 星 期 一 至 星 期 五 ( 公 眾 假 期 除 外 ) 下 午 3 時 30 分 前 取 消 ， 本 署 會 於 兩 小 時 內 恢 復 服 務 。 在 這 些 情 況 下 ， 本 署 的 服 務 或 會 受 影 響 而 未 能 達 至 承 諾 的 水 平 。

倘 黑 色 暴 雨 警 告 信 號 在 辦 公 時 間 內 發 出 ， 本 署 會 繼 續 如 常 提 供 服 務 。 詳 情 請 參 閱 相 關 網 頁 。


Special Arrangement during Inclement Weather

Our services will be suspended when tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8 or above is issued, or when rainstorm black warning is issued before office hours. Our services will be resumed in two hours if the warning is cancelled before 3:30 pm on Monday to Friday (except public holidays). On these occasions, there is a possibility that the standard of our services may be affected and the pledged targets may not be met.
